Dazing Skyline

By admin on January 25, 2009

Dazing Skyline was inspired by the beautiful overlook of Victoria Harbour from the north towards the Central and Admiralty area of Hong Kong island.  Formerly the heart of the banking and finance center in Hong Kong, due to the recent global credit crisis, lots of banks have downsized or relocated to less expensive areas of the city, leaving high vacancies in the Class-A office buildings located in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central Business District.  The distorted look is a reflection of the current situation today.

Great photo of Hong Kong! And you are right indeed, the real estate market in HK hasn’t been so well these past months. However, it should be able to recover soon. Right now, it could be a good time to start buying some class-A office spaces in Hong Kong. 9 Queen’s Road Central, Bank of America, Far East, and others in the area seem like good choices. The banks will want that space in the future.
