From the dawn of time ‘til now,
When has the sound of rain ever been joyous?
The story I am going to tell is
of two seasons of rain,
When the world was washed in darkness,
When havoc governed the laws of nature.

The knights of heaven knocked on the gates of hell,
Lucifer answered, but before so,
He donned the mask of justice.
The knights mistakenly left, and,
Humanity is again drenched in the rains of trepidation.

Washed by the tides of animosity,
Their hearts froze in flames,
Their souls burnt in ice,
And Lucifer laughed.
The skies began to darken,
Drops of fiery rain burnt the surface of the earth,
And humanity cried in rage and pain.
Heaven’s tears pierced the shadows in the hearts of man,
And Lucifer faded.

The dark clouds slowly cleared…
The sound of rain was silenced.
